What is BridgeME Cloud?
BridgeME Cloud is one platform for running a service firm. CRM, project planning, task delivery, time tracking, docs, whiteboards, finance, HR and an AI assistant sit behind one sign-in, and they all read the same record of your clients, projects, tasks and people, so nothing is typed twice.
How much does it cost?
Every plan is free during Alpha, and signing up does not ask for a card. The Solo plan stays free for one person afterwards; Team and Unlimited are monthly plans that differ only by how many people they cover, and the pricing page has the figures. You hear from us well before anything is charged.
Which products are included?
Every plan includes every available product: Bridge Time, Bridge Docs, Bridge Work, Bridge Canvas, Bridge Project, Bridge Finance, Bridge CRM, Bridge HRM and Bridge AI. Plans differ only in how many people they cover, and you choose which products each person can open.
Can I bring my data from the tools I use now?
Yes. Each product imports from the tools teams most often use for its kind of work: time entries, tasks, pages and boards, contacts and deals, and the books. Imported tasks, pages and books can be rolled back for 30 days if something looks wrong. Each product page lists what it imports from.
What can Bridge AI see, and can it change things?
Bridge AI answers as you, so it sees exactly what you could open yourself and tells you when you lack access instead of guessing. It can draft a change in your CRM, finance, projects or timesheets, but nothing happens until you press Approve.
Is our data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Each organization’s data is separated by row-level security in the database itself, and every product checks what each person may see before showing anything. Conversations with Bridge AI stay private to the person who started them, and an administrator decides how long they are kept.
