1. Using BridgeME Cloud

BridgeMe Technologies LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States, provides BridgeME Cloud: an account, organization workspace and access to the BridgeME products available to your organization. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

The service is intended for business use. Some products are still planned; a roadmap listing is not a promise that a product is available or will launch on a particular date.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate signup details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Organization owners and administrators manage invitations, roles and product access for their teams. You are responsible for activity by people you authorize to use your organization, subject to applicable law.

Tell us promptly at support@bridgeme.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You and your organization retain your rights in the data and content you put into BridgeME. You give us the permission needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service and the products you choose to use. Do not upload content you lack the right to use or share.

Your organization controls which members may access its workspace. Product features may allow sharing with clients or external people; use those controls carefully.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send malicious code or spam, interfere with service security or availability, or try to access another organization’s data without permission. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or legal obligations.

5. Alpha and pricing

BridgeME Cloud is in Alpha. Available products may change and some features may be incomplete or unavailable. Solo is free for one user, including after Alpha. Team and Unlimited are free during Alpha; their planned monthly prices are shown on the pricing page.

We will give notice before paid billing begins. We will not charge you for a paid plan until you choose one. Any later paid billing terms will be presented before you subscribe.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but Alpha access is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may update products, features and these terms as the service develops. We will give notice before a material change that affects your use of the service.

7. Ending use

You may stop using the service and request help with account closure or data access by contacting us. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security reasons or where required by law. We will handle personal data in line with our Privacy notice.
