Time tracking and invoicing software

Bridge Time: Track the hours, then bill them.

A timer and a weekly timesheet against clients, projects and tasks, approved project by project and turned into invoices.

What is Bridge Time?

Bridge Time is the time tracking product in BridgeME Cloud. Your team logs hours with a timer or a weekly timesheet against clients, projects and tasks; each week is handed in whole and approved project by project. Expenses with receipts and time off against an allowance live beside the hours, and invoices and estimates are raised straight from the tracked work.

Who it is for

  • Agencies and consultancies that bill clients by the hour
  • Teams that need weekly timesheets approved before they are invoiced
  • Managers who want to know where the time went and what is still to bill

What Bridge Time does

  • Timer and weekly timesheet

Start a timer from anywhere, or fill in the week on a grid. Every entry sits against a client, a project and a task, and can be billable or not.

  • Approvals project by project

People hand in the whole week; each project’s approvers approve their part. Approved time is locked, so invoices match what was signed off.

  • Expenses and time off

File expenses with receipts for approval, and request time off against an allowance that counts weekends and public holidays correctly.

  • Invoices and estimates

Raise an invoice from the unbilled hours and expenses, or an estimate that can become one, and send it to the client with a link and a code.

  • Rates, budgets and currencies

Billable and cost rates per person and project, project budgets, and reports in your primary currency with daily exchange rates.

  • Reports and imports

Reports on time, money and what is left to bill, saved as views. Bring your history in from Harvest, Toggl, Clockify or Everhour.

Can I import my time from Harvest, Toggl, Clockify or Everhour?

Yes. Bridge Time imports clients, projects, tasks and time entries from Harvest, Toggl, Clockify and Everhour, from a CSV export or by connecting the account.

Who approves a timesheet?

The week is handed in whole, and each project’s approvers approve the time logged on their project. Approved time is locked.

What is the difference between a billable rate and a cost rate?

The billable rate is what the client is charged for an hour; the cost rate is what that hour costs you. Reports use both to show profitability.

Can I invoice the tracked hours?

Yes. Invoices and estimates are raised from the tracked, approved work and sent to the client with a link and a code.
