What is Bridge HRM?
Bridge HRM is the HR product in BridgeME Cloud. It keeps one employment record per person, whether full-time, part-time, contractor, project-based, fixed-term or intern, that every BridgeME product reads. Around it sit the org chart, time off with country holiday calendars, onboarding and leaving, payroll inputs, reviews, goals and skills, workforce planning and light hiring.

Does Bridge HRM run payroll?
No. It prepares what your payroll provider needs, with exports for any bureau and layouts for Gusto, ADP Workforce Now and Deel, and posts the result to Bridge Finance, Xero or QuickBooks.
Which countries does Bridge HRM support?
Sri Lanka, the United States and the European countries, each as a country pack of public holidays, statutory leave and contributions that HR can adjust.
Can I record contractors and part-time people?
Yes. Full-time, part-time, contractors, project-based, fixed-term and intern are all worker types, and each gets the rules that fit it.
Who can see my personal details and pay?
Only the people your organisation allows: HR, admins and the owner. Your manager sees your job and reviews, not your address or salary.
