What is Bridge Project?
Bridge Project is where projects are planned and governed in BridgeME Cloud. The plan is phases and work packages on a Gantt, dated milestones, dependencies that move together, a critical path and baselines that show slip against what was committed to. Around it sit resourcing, a scope statement with change requests, a RAID log and weekly status reports that set each project’s health.

What Bridge Project does
Gantt, dependencies and critical path
Phases, work packages and milestones on one plan. Moving one item moves what depends on it, and the Gantt asks before it saves.
Baselines and slip
Save a baseline and read slip against it, so you can see how far the plan has moved from what was committed to.
Change requests and scope
Keep a scope statement of what is in and what is out. Approving a change request moves the rest of the plan and saves a new baseline.
RAID log
Log risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies, then escalate or close them.
Resourcing
Allocate people against their capacity, use placeholder roles until someone is named, and find who is free on a heat map.
Status reports and portfolio
Weekly status reports set each project’s health. Projects group into programmes and roll up into the portfolio and dashboards.

Can I import from MS Project, Jira, Asana, ClickUp or monday.com?
Yes. Import a plan from MS Project or a spreadsheet, or connect Jira, Asana, ClickUp or monday.com. An import can be undone for 30 days.
Can I export the plan?
A project’s plan exports to MS Project XML, and the project list, milestones and RAID log export as CSV.
Is a Bridge Project project the same as a Bridge Work project?
Yes, one record. Bridge Project holds the plan, scope, RAID and status reports; Bridge Work holds its tasks and requests.
Can clients see status reports?
A report marked Client-safe is shown in the Bridge Work client portal. Untick it for an internal report.
