Knowledge base and team wiki software

Bridge Docs: Knowledge that lives beside the work.

Pages and databases in a workspace for every project, client and deal, with live cards for the records they are about.

What is Bridge Docs?

Bridge Docs is the knowledge base in BridgeME Cloud. Your organisation writes pages built from blocks, keeps databases you can see as a table, board, calendar or timeline, and gives every project, client and deal a workspace of its own. Pages carry live cards for the records they are about, can be shared or published behind a passcode, and download as PDF or Word.

Who it is for

  • Teams that keep project documentation, decisions and handovers in one place
  • Account managers who want an account plan and contracts beside each client
  • Anyone moving pages out of Notion, Confluence, Word or Google Docs

What Bridge Docs does

  • Pages built from blocks

Headings, lists, to-dos, callouts, toggles, pictures, files, code, equations, diagrams, charts and tabs, with thirty templates to start from.

  • Databases with six views

Keep records as a table, board, list, calendar, timeline or gallery. The same records show in every view, with columns of your own.

  • A workspace for each project, client and deal

Set one up with a ready-made outline. It belongs to the same project, client or deal the other BridgeME products show, and is linked from them.

  • Sharing and published pages

Share a page with people or groups to view, comment or edit, or publish it outside BridgeME behind a passcode that ends when you stop sharing.

  • PDF and Word downloads

A PDF is the page as it looks on screen, in its theme, with its pictures, diagrams and equations. Word keeps the theme’s fonts and colours.

  • Ask, writing skills and history

Ask a question of the pages you can read and get the sources, tidy selected words with writing skills, and restore an earlier version. Deleted pages wait in Trash for 30 days.

Questions about Bridge Docs

Updated . Something else? Ask the team.

Can I import from Notion or Confluence?

Yes. Pages come in from Notion, Confluence, Word, Excel, Google Docs, OneDrive, Markdown and HTML, and an import can be undone for 30 days.

Who can see a published page?

Anyone with the link and the passcode, without signing in. Stop sharing ends the link for everybody at once.

Can a client or contractor read my pages?

Only what is shared with them. Someone with a Bridge Docs seat sees the pages and groups shared with them; someone without BridgeME reads a published link with its passcode.

How long are deleted pages kept?

A deleted page waits in Trash for 30 days, and anyone who could edit it can restore it until then.

Do PDF and Word downloads keep the page’s theme?

Yes. The PDF is the page as it looks on screen, in its theme. Word keeps the theme’s fonts and colours.
