What is Bridge Canvas?
Bridge Canvas is the online whiteboard in BridgeME Cloud. It is an infinite board for sticky notes, shapes, text, connectors, frames, pictures, tables, charts and diagrams, with hundreds of templates and shape packs for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and more. Everybody on a board sees each other’s changes live, and a board can belong to a client, project or deal.

What Bridge Canvas does
Live collaboration
Everyone sees each other’s changes and cursors as they happen, and can follow where someone is looking. Undo takes back only your own changes.
Templates and shape packs
Hundreds of templates, from a business model canvas to a lead-to-cash flow, and packs for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Cisco and more.
Diagrams from text
Write a flowchart, sequence, entity relationship, Gantt or mind map in Mermaid and watch it draw; a flowchart can become real shapes.
Private until shared
A board is yours until you share it with people, a group or the organisation, or create a read-only link with a passcode and an expiry.
Workshops
Present, vote and run a timer from the board, and turn sticky notes into Bridge Work tasks when the session ends.
Export and versions
Export to PNG, SVG or PDF, and take the whole board back to an earlier version. Deleted boards wait in Trash.

Can I bring my Miro, draw.io, Visio or FigJam boards across?
Yes. Import takes a Miro board, a FigJam board by its link, and draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, Excalidraw, Mermaid, CSV and image files. The dialog says what comes across and what stays behind.
Can someone outside my organisation see a board?
Only through a share link, which is read-only, can carry a passcode and an expiry date, and can be deleted at any time. They need no BridgeME account.
Can several people edit a board at once?
Yes. Everybody on a board sees each other’s changes and cursors live.
Which formats can I export to?
PNG at screen, retina or print size, SVG, and PDF with one board page per PDF page. A table can also be exported to CSV.
